What is Sport Specific Massage?

In the simplest terms, it is a massage specific to your sport. If you play tennis, we focus the massage on your serving arm ( rotator cuff, elbow, forearm, shoulder blade movement, lower back, hip flexors and let's not forget the Calves!) This style of massage is specific to your needs in helping you prevent a torn achilleas, rotator cuff, etc...
