Self Massage for lower back pain

The pictures above indicate trigger points. All of these trigger points contribute to lower back pain.

When you look at the body as series of tension cables, you will realize that loosening the tension on all of these cables will loose the tension on your joints. All you have to do is place a lacross ball on the X and apply pressure for 1-2 minutes to allow the muscle to release.
