Winter is a great time to remind you to drink more water. We see mostly dehydrated related injuries in the winter month.
Tendinitis
Dehydration Headaches
Muscle cramps/ spasms
These conditions can easily be remedied by drinking more water. Just because your are not sweating profusely doesn't mean you are not losing fluids.
You are and they need to be replenished through out the day.
Start by drinking 1- 16 Oz. water everyday and build on that. Ideally you are getting half your body weight in Oz. per day. It's a simple equation.
